This site is the official POTS Power of the Spiritual online store, selling strictly authentic, original works designed and created by POTS Power of the Spiritual, This is the only official place where you can purchase POTS Power of the Spiritual, we do not work with any retailers as of this time and any retailers selling original, authentic POTS Power of the Spiritual works would be doing so on a re-sale basis, if you are to purchase from a reseller obviously that is on you as the purchaser and we are not responsible for that sale or any issues you may or may not have with your experience, if you want to be guaranteed about things such as fair pricing and authenticity we advise you purchase your POTS Power of the Spiritual products through this site and this site only.
POTS (Power of the Spiritual) Trade marked under class 25, all content, graphics and imagery displayed on this site and via our garments and across all of our social platforms are trade marked and protected where appropriate, all rights to these assets are owned by POTS Power of the Spiritual.
All who visit the site are very much welcome however we do urge that those who do, do so respectfully.
Shipping & Returns
On average we aim to have all orders packed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase (this may vary during holiday seasons, bank holidays, weekends ETC) after your items have been shipped we aim to have them with you between 5 to 7 working days (international orders may vary from these estimates) if unseen circumstances occur we can help look into that depending on the circumstances however we are not responsible for errors made by the mailing provider as we ourselves do not deliver your orders we use a third party to carry out our deliveries. if your order is late due to a courier error that is the responsibility of the courier service and is to be taken up with the designated courier, we will not take responsibility for these errors however if your parcel is lost in transit we can look into the evidence provided in regards to the matter and try to help make this right for you, this will of course depend on stock levels and circumstances surrounding the issue (most products released by POTS Power of the Spiritual are limited runs so not all lost in transit orders can be replaced like for like)
In regards to returns we offer a strict no return policy, all sales are final so please take care when ordering to ensure all specifications regarding your order are correct and suitable for you as if these details are incorrect we won't be able to help you amend this after you have ordered, however of course in the very unlikely scenario that a product is defective or not up to standards then in this scenario and this scenario only a refund/return/replacement could be considered upon reviewal of evidence.
